30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• AED cabinets and signage must be uninstalled and undamaged.
• AED units must be unopened and in factory-sealed condition.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened AED electrode pads or batteries (consumables).
• Items that have been installed or mounted.
• Custom or special-order products.
• Training services once delivered.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@rescuebeatspro.com or (954) 947-5060 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Exchanges

Need a different size cabinet or different AED model? We are happy to exchange eligible items. Contact us and we will make it right.
