Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping on all orders $500 and over.
  • Standard Shipping: $25.00 on orders under $500.
  • Local Pickup: Available at our Hollywood, FL location at no charge. Select "Pick up in store" at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after processing, depending on your location. AED cabinets and larger equipment may require additional handling time or freight delivery — we will contact you if this applies to your order.

Service Areas

We ship throughout the continental United States, with primary service focus on South Florida (Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach counties) and the Raleigh/Durham (Triangle) area of North Carolina.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rescuebeatspro.com or call (954) 947-5060. Keep all original packaging for carrier inspection purposes.
